Did you just compare a lotto winner to the residents of African countries?
You are unreal, and I can’t believe that you even have the balls to post and talk about the music when you sit and bash the actual event. This event was about caring for people around the global community, and you are bitter about the fact that as an American we treat every African country with disrespect….
Grow up and realize that this country is rich, too rich for it’s own good. We need to learn to share, which our current president isn’t going to do. And you love it!

James,
Thanks for listening to Exit50. I hope you learned something from my Podcast my points were not of base and I stand by them. I did a little research and Im looking for that “One” glowing reporter that mentions the countries and the plan for the 40 billion in debt relief. If you have been reading the “big media” Even Bob Geldof has big praise for Bush doing more then any other president for Africa. You fail to mention that. The event was about getting as many people to show up at the events in 8 countries stand behind barricades while VIPS from record promoters on down got front row access. IT was clear as day open your eyes. Shall we talk about the goodie bags the performers got??? I might do a whole Podcast on that soon. I think this Podcast has raised the level of debate. Do not broadside Africa as a whole. There are many successful countries there. Yes America is rich and more needs to be done educate most on things like “what is the G8” and “where is Africa” That’s not my fault and your not going to find some bullshit fluff when you getoff@exit50 So stay tuned.

James, no country on earth or in history shares of itself like the USA. Whenever there’s a catastrophe or disaster, America sends help in the form of money, medicine, doctors & nurses, rescue teams, blankets, food, & water, and we send more than any other country. And, Yes, we ARE the richest country, so it’s our duty and we fulfill it. Why do you think so many people from all over the world try to come here, legally or illegally?
Our President shares our bounty with others, too. The debt relief and our help for AIDS in Africa are just 2 recent examples, and we have always had an enormous budget for foreign aid & assistance. Churches & synagogues contribute huge amounts of dollars, food, medicine, clothing, and services to poor countries in Africa, Asia, and eastern Europe, too.
Since you think that we don’t do enough for other countries, James, please tell us what you do personally to compensate for our shortcomings.
