Can you hear my voice? Its yoga… I got up this morning and realized my head needed a tune up and wanted to use up my classes at Addison circle Yoga. The flight from San Francisco was great verses the one on Wednesday with all the delays. Its weird to take the BART in San Francisco and listen to Adam Curry Source code while he is the same town. I was headed to see Michael Butler from the Rock and Roll geek show. To eat Dim Sum. He is another Podcaster from San Fran and has a show that is very real. I went to yoga and got my head tuned. The class was hard and I talk about all of this. Show time about 12 min

This is part of my brick and mortar tour. I like to get out to a company’s head quarters and meet with the people that work there. This has been an enjoyable trip and everyone was nice. Exit50 talks to to Wing Yu, Mark Dierolf and Brian Deweese about Financial Content(FCON) and Streetiq.com a new Podcast venture that will enable you to listen to unique financial content right on your IPOD or Mp3 player. Finally ways to plow through the heaps of data us brokers have to sift over daily. www.streetiq.com is looking for beta testers. Yesterday I spent 12 hours stuck in a few airports and happened to collide in to a few people due to the weather in Chicago. Lat arrivals and missed connections. This gives normally people that would pass in the terminal to collide. Like the song I was listening to at the time. I’m now in San Francisco. Show time about 10min

My Saturday was pretty boring but I did see Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory and I loved it. It was dark. Johnny Depp was perfect for this role and it was fun. I talk about Luke and Laura and how hot she looked in the 80’s I have been looking at the impatient plants in my garage and wondering why do they come into your life for a reason a season or a life time? Who knows! The plant is dead! I have a trip to SFO this week perhaps a guest star on the show. Garage sales are cool and I found a Beatles book that explains all of the Beatles song with little narratives. Show time about 12 min
