Backstage on Broadway: Jersey Boys

Filed under: podcasts — Administrator @ 12:56 pm

Oh what a night! Exit50 steps on a Broadway stage and interviews Michael Longoria who plays Little Joey Fishes (that’s Pesci—yeah, that Joe Pesci the actor from Goodfellas) Tucked away in a typical dressing room with bright makeup lights I talk to Michael about the show. His previous gig across the street in Hair Spray. Michael plays “Waiting 4 U” unplugged off his new album. What is on his ipod shuffle? We take a walk around the stage and talk about the props and the prep to pull off the smash hit “Jersey Boys” on Broadway. That night Donna Summer sat behind me. Show time about 18min. Links below. Send comments and check out the snaps taken backstage and don’t miss the show if your in NYC!! ALSO on TV MACY’s Day Parade Thanksgiving 8am-9am EST.

  2. I had a great time. I have seen a bunch of shows and this one was fun. I knew all the music. I have the soundtrack and I forgot how I grew up on this music.
Only thing I didnt like was the rain outside after the show. But I bought an Umbrella.
    Ill see it again
