Filed under: podcasts — Administrator @ 10:00 am

Recently I went to NYC to cover the Value Rich show and broke away to head on down to CNBC's Fast Money Show in Times Square. Pete Najarian used to come on to CoffeyGrinds everyday to give my viewers the Optionmonster heatseaker picks and market updates. In this video Pete gives a tour of the NASDAQ and introductions to Guy Adami,Jeff Macke and Rebecca Jarvis. Also featured is the Heetseaker Robot. A concept that im putting together for Optionmonster.

Many have asked me what am I doing at MN1.com these days. The same as I used to except working on the viral aspect of video blogs and other tools that I had not stayed on top of. Stick around I will have more content and somthing intresting and different will be produced.

For now just enjoy and "don't get faked out"

Naked thoughts from Shanghai Rail Summit in Shanghai

Filed under: podcasts — Administrator @ 5:31 am

Some after thoughts after going to the Shanghai Rail Summit in Shanghai China. The event was Sponsored primarily JP Morgan and the Ministry of Railroads in China.China needs money for further development of the railroads. Sounds simple enough given the amount of investment being thrown at China lately. However since the Chinese helped us build ours the world has changed a bit and so have property rights issues.Established Railroads in the United States own a bunch of land and you cant really invest in that part of the equation in China. Endless you get a substantial rate of return from one of the largest government agencies.Tried to meet with Freddy Bush and Xnihua Finance at this event or there Shanghai office but were unavailable perhaps next time.Warren Buffet took a chunk of Burlington Northern Santa Fe BNSF recently. The play is the inland storage facilities .Not just in China but to our south in Mexico where goods come in. Look for Inland container facilities outside of Chicago and south Dallas.
